Journals

Find out what is available to you

To locate journals available online, first check the online journal search.

If the volume you need predates the online access  - we may have physical copies of the journal at the library.

  • On the library's home page, search for the journal title in the Find Journals search box. This limits your search words to journal titles.
  • Select the Find or Request tab which will indicate the volumes and years available in print as listed in the holdings information under the Hargis Library Journals location.

You can come and scan the item.

Faculty and staff may request scans of items in the print collection to be emailed directly to you by contacting the library.

If you do not locate the journal at Hargis Library, then you can obtain your article by requesting it through an Interlibrary Loan - even if there is a print copy at the main campus.

Need help in translating a journal abbreviation into the full name?  Try this search.  If this doesn't do the job, go to the Journal Abbreviations section linked on the left.
