General information:
Individual development plans (IDPs) help students identify knowledge and skill gains to focus on during their time in the program. The IDP will be submitted to and reviewed by the Program Director prior to the end of the semester of matriculation (normally fall). The plan will also facilitate planning for the internship and capstone.
