The Chefs' Seafood Symposium is an annual educational program for culinary professionals, culinary students, and representatives from the seafood industry and related businesses. The 2017 Chefs' Seafood Symposium is Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The symposium will feature scientist and seafood specialist presentations and seafood cooking demonstrations highlighting tuna, blue crabs and sensible seafood!
