Chefs' Seafood Symposium

Scientists and chefs provide the latest information on seafood science, fisheries issues, and cooking techniques. You'll leave with information, resources, and recipes to help you make more informed seafood choices as well as tastier dishes!

Sponsored by the VIMS Sea Grant Marine Advisory Program and the ACF Virginia Chefs Association, ACF recertification credits are available.

The 2024 Chefs' Seafood Symposium is Tuesday, March 12, 2024 from 9 am - 3:30 pm. The symposium will feature scientist and seafood specialist presentations in the morning, lunch and a cooking demonstration. Deadline to register is Friday, March 1.
