Annual Performance Review
Annual performance reviews are starting. Reviews measure and document your performance, progress and growth over the past year (May 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024). To support employees this year, we are excited to announce a simpler and more engaging format for tracking performance and measures tied to our core university values and individual departmental goals.
All classified, operational and professional employees are required to participate in performance reviews. Faculty, postdocs, and hourly employees are excluded from this task. Operational employees who started after May 1, 2023 are excluded as well.
