Recipes for the Rapa Whelk (Rapana venosa) The following recipes are ones I have personally tried and found to be quite tasty. My skill in the kitchen isn't that great, so rest assured these are fairly easy to prepare. I plan to experiment with some more recipes and I'll post them here when I've met with success. If you have any more ideas, I'd be more than happy to hear about them!

I've also done some searching on the internet for other exotic species recipes. So if snails aren't your style, you may find something else to your liking. Be forewarned, I haven't tried all of these yet, so there's no guarantee if they're good or not. Always keep in mind... Fight invasive species: eat them!!
