VIMS/VCA Chefs' Seafood Symposium 2018 Registration
The symposium is open to culinary professionals, culinary students, educators, and representatives from the food and beverage industry. It will be held at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
There is no charge for this event, but space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Registration is limited to 150 attendees. Please register no later than Friday, March 2, 2018. Registrations received after March 2 will be placed on a waiting list.
*Optional VIMS Tour - This year, we will be offering an optional VIMS tour at the end of the day (~3:30 - 5:00 pm). Registration for the tour will be capped at 45 people. To be added to the tour, check the box at the bottom of the form before sending.
