Monitoring the Effects of Floyd Storm Water in the York and Pamunkey Rivers





Plan: Slackwater runs along river axis from York River mouth to Rt 360 bridge at the Pamunkey River
 

Frequency: Starting Thursday, September 23, then every Friday, Monday and Wednesday until spatial distribution of salinity returns to normal condition.
 

Stations: 13 stations by boat, and 2 stations by truck, all are CAST survey stations.
 

Parameters: CTD profiles, LIST and LightCor measurements, water samples collected at 2 depths ( 1 m below surface and 1 m above bottom) at every stations to be analyzed for:
