Education
B.S. Biology & Environmental Science, Cumlaude with Honors, The College of William and Mary, 2010.
Research Interests
My research is part of the Palmer LTER (Long-Term Ecological Research) in the Western Antarctic Peninsula (WAP). I am interested in zooplankton ecology and biogeochemical cycling. My masters project will examine copepod community structure along the WAP, as well as the importance of copepods in carbon cycling. I am also interested in vertical flux and the role of zooplankton fecal pellets in flux.
