Capital Outlay
Capital Outlay is the portion of the State budget that is devoted to the planning and financing of construction, renovation, remodeling, repair, and maintenance of facilities and capital assets for use by State agencies, State-supported public universities, and community colleges. Functions are to:
- Maintain compliance with State requirements and regulations
- Manage and document performance and outcomes
- Provide support for minor projects
- Define and gain the approval of Capital Outlay projects
- Manage project design and development
- Manage project construction
- Monitor project closeout and occupancy
