Applied Toxicology

Introduction

Research in Applied Toxicology focuses on mechanisms of uptake, distribution, biotransformation and clearance of toxicants as well as effects of toxicants on the health and survival of marine organisms. Laboratory and field investigations focus on biological responses and adaptations of marine organisms to pollutants.
