Research interests: My research interest is in identifying and quantitating organic contaminants in birds. Specifically I am interested in two specific areas within this topic. First, my interest lies in the pharmokinetics and biological fate of unregulated contaminants in birds. Second, I am interested in examining the relationships (if any) between mortality and organic contaminant levels in a wild population. I am enrolled in a concurrent graduate program in the Thomas Jefferson Program for Public Policy at the College of William and Mary. My career goals include working in the public, private, or non-profit sectors and specializing in chemical regulation. Major advisor: Dr. Robert Hale |
