Chesapeake Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve
The Chesapeake Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve in Virginia (CBNERR) is a multi-component reserve located along the salinity gradient of the York River estuary. Reserve components include Sweet Hall Marsh, Taskinas Creek, Catlett Islands and Goodwin Islands. CBNERR is managed on a daily basis by the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, College of William and Mary.
