New Faces in Sea Grant Marine Advisory Services

Wendy Larimer joins Virginia Sea Grant as the Marina Technical Advisory Specialist. In her roll, Larimer will oversee and grow the Virginia Clean Marina program, addressing the social, economic and environmental needs of the marina community in the state.
Larimer comes to Virginia from Wilmington, NC, where she worked as the city's laison to a variety of public and private organizations and citizens, managed the city's docking program and created programs and policys to beautify the downtown area. Larimer previously worked with the N.C. Clean Marina program and has experience in grant writing and permitting. |
