• VIMS Internal Cover Sheet (w/signatures)

The proposal submission procedure must be followed for all pre-proposals, and collaborative arrangements, as well as all full proposals (regardless of dollar amount)

*To prevent unauthorized access, the Route and Review Form has been restricted to the VIMS domain. To submit this form you must be:

• logged into the campus network, or
• logged in through VPN, or
• logged in through dial-up.
