Current: Investigating biogeochemical variability in the
Ross Sea, Antarctica, with results from a 1D model and
recent glider and cruise data

- 2007-2008, Student Researcher. Department of Astronomy, UMCP. Investigated the predicatability of the Earth's magnetic field using time embedding and breeding vector techniques. Mentors: Dr. Eugenia Kalnay and Dr. A. Surjalal Sharma.
- 2008, Intern/Research Assistant. National Marine Fisheries Service, NOAA, Santa Cruz, CA. Tagged and tracked wildlife in a study of endangered trout and salmon. Mentor: Dr. Sean Hayes.
- 2006-2007, Intern/Research Assistant. Climate and Radiation Branch, Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MD. Analyzed calibration data and restructured the software interface for NASA's Cloud Absorption Radiometer. Mentor: Dr. Charles Gatebe.

Professional Experience
- 2010-2011, Design Center Technician. OxiCool Inc., Philadelphia, PA. Worked as part of an engineering team fabricating, assembling, and testing a soild adsorption-based, heat-actuated cooling system in the fast-paced environment of a green technology startup company. Supervisor: Ravikant Barot.
