Current Projects

Sponsored Programs (Jane Lopez): Creation of a database and web-based application to allow the submittal and approval of proposal information. The application also includes the ability to generate reports about proposals and grants.

Past Projects

• Crustacean Disease Program (Dr. Jeffrey Shields): Created a web based application and database for tracking crustacean disease data. 

• Aquaculture Genetics and Breeding Technology center (Dr. Anu Frank_Lawale and Karen Hudson): Created a web based application and database for tracking Oyster Hatchery data including data specific to oyster breeding such as families and lines.

• Marine and Aquaculture Genetics Program (Dr. Kimberly Reece): Created a web based application, including the database, for maintaining DNA sampling information, DNA primers, primer sets and incoming tissue samples.

• Creation of ColdFusion application for maintaining DNA sampling information, DNA primers, primer sets for molecular genetic research.

• Systems analysis, design and implementation.
